Service was good; had problems deciding who was going to pay for repairs - me or my contract. Spent about an hour on that. Things were not decided before serviceman came to house.

Although the repairman was very nice He never touched our TV. He confirmed the updates that were to be done and never cleaned it!!!!!!!!!!!! Which is why we had them come out!

The repairman was very polite and professional. He serviced our TV's and even advised us on what to do on another appliance. My dogs loved him so much.

Repair tech was quite vigiliant with his work trying to find out why my elite washing machine would not work, after several attempts, which was very tedious and cumbersome, at last the problem was resolved. His fortitude, knowledge, courtiousness, attitude were all good qualtities which he possessed and he worked well..



However Sears way of doing business is

horrid. DON'T BLAME THE REPAIR TECH IT'S MANAGEMENT THE WAY THINGS ARE DONE. IT TOOK ALMOST A FULL MONTH TO GET MY WASHER REPAIRED

ALWAYS BEING PUSHED AT THE BACK OF THE LINE WHEN i should have been priority.

We have an old furnace in the crawl space. It was making a rattling sound that shook the whole house when it turned off. The first guy (Sears uses A&E Repair services) who came out was very nice & worked hard to first find the parts # (it was in the back of the unit) & helped us order parts that were pretty hard to find. The next guy who came was also very nice, but couldnt install the parts because they are not aloud to remove duct work. I wish someone had told us this before! So 3 weeks after the initial service call, we lined up a plumber to remove the duct work & the same repair guy came out to install the parts. Turns out the motor was the wrong part, even though they had double checked it the week before, so they didnt change it out. They did change the blower & its very quiet now and works great. It was a frustrating process of non communication & the staff answering phones at A&E were terrible when we had questions or needed to change the time of our appointment.

Repairman was polite and knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He left everything cleaner than it was when he started. I'm a little disappointed that the circuit board went out on a 6 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator but that wasn't his fault. Whatever happened to making things that last?

The gent who came out to finish the repairs on our washing machine was thorough, polite, and really impressed us with both his knowledge and his willingness to make sure the problem was solved.

After a one day delay of expected services, the serviceman who came out was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and had my washer up and running within 30 minutes.
