Gave my credit card info to Martha just before closing for a range for my mother in-law, told her that I would call back as to whether we would pick it up or have it delivered. I called the next morning and told her to deliver it and she said I am sorry I just sold it. I talked to the manager Adam and was told they just got a truck in and he would see if another range was on it and he would call me back. He did not call me back but had someone else call me only to say there was no range on the truck and that there must have been a communication error. I asked if he could find me another one and was told that the Outlet Store is not a part of Sears so he could not help me. I called another REAL SEARS store and found an unblemished range for the same price and got friendly service. Use the SEARS OUTLET STORE AS YOUR LAST RESORT!!!! I will never do business with them again.
