More than 5 stars goes out to this dealership, Mike Lincoln in particular, the quality and value of the vehicle AND the entire experience. I refer everyone I know to Scottsdale motors. I found the vehicle on CarGurus and because I myself am a checker of reviews, I did some research on other people's experience with this dealership and it seemed overwhelmingly positive. I am a single young woman who was purchasing my first vehicle from a dealer and was wholly intimidated by the process before going in. I was nervous to try and haggle a price or identify something that might be wrong with the truck. Neither of these were even necessary - the price of the truck was WELL below market price (2010 Tacoma 4x4 > 90,000 miles), Mike walked me through the details and features of the truck (even patiently showing me how to put it in 4-wheel drive and how to use the after market sound system), he took me through every single detail of the complimentary CarFax report that came with it, gave me some advice and recommendations on local financing, and made me feel so comfortable and assured through the whole process. The entire buying process was handled so professionally and efficiently that I was able to view, test, decide, finance, and drive back to Santa Fe in time for the afternoon shift at work. He has set the bar so high for my future buying experiences and I hope that everyone gets this kind of service and opportunity for a stress-free car buying experience. Do yourself a favor and look no further than Scottsdale Motors, Mike and the guys in his shop will take care of you from start to long after finishing the purchase of the car. He went above and beyond and although this review is months later than I bought the truck, I often think of the day I bought it and how happy I was and still am with my experience!!
