Being a first time home buyer I required someone with a lot of knowledge, honesty and patience and found this in Adam. He showed me homes within the low end of my budget before we proceeded to the mid and high end of my budget. He not only walked me through the home but was patient and helped me keep track of the pros and cons of each home so I could keep all the houses straight in my mind. There was never a sense of urgency and I felt like he was more interested in finding me the right home than making a fast sale. He was a valuable asset in my finding a home and making the right purchase. I am proud to now be a homeowner and was lucky to have such a wonderful realtor like Adam. I would reccomend Adam Pehrson to anyone who is looking for a realtor with knowledge, patience, honesty and a wonderful work ethic.
