So pleased with the customer service provided by Greg and Darryll. Well over a year after my new roof was installed, I called to ask if someone could look at the flashing around my skylights. Darryll arrived, very professional and courteous, to check my concerns. All is well as the skylights are self flashing, all one unit. Darryll did find an area that required a bit of sealing and took care of it free of charge.

Friday night, at Taco Bell, 1740 Unser Blvd NE, Rhino Roofing employee helped me in a big way! My company car transmission stuck, so there I am unable to move my car out of the Drive Thru Lane! The unidentified male driving a White Rhino Roofing pickup, a TLC Plumbing employee & Taco Bell employee pushed my stalled vehicle safely into the parking lot.

Their drywall repair crew is like no other. Especially that ugly bearded guy. He really loves whats he does.

Customer service was great. Daryl was very responsive and didn’t give me the runaround. The roof turned out nice.

Last year a bad thing happened. A winds storm blew a large tree onto our roof. his team from Rhino Roofing came to the rescue and repaired our roof. We had company coming and needed the roof repaired ASAP. Rhino worked us into the schedule expidited the work. The crew was Great, very professional, and worked very hard to complete the proejct. Thru the entire process staff advised us and supported us in getting the insurance claimed processed, in selecting the roof material, and offering options we should consider. The office staff was very accomodating and supportive and professional. They assisted us in the process of moving insurance claims until all of our invoices were paid. After it was all over, we were so impressed with our new roof and the work Rhino completed that we now think the unfortunate event was the best thing that happened to us. Our house looks great. Best of all my wife loves our new roof. We truly thank everyone at Rhino for the great work they all did!!!!

I have had Rino Roofing do 2 roofs for me. They completed the roof in 2 days and did an excellent job. The Job went well. They were professional and cleaned the jobsite up every day they were there. I am planning on using them again on another home of mine.Rhino Roofing were great.

Darrell and Adam were very helpful in all the questions and concerns I had regarding my roof needs. Adam helped with info I didnt have any knowledge of and taught me a few important things. Darrell, was a quick response and came out to see the problem, inspected, and educated me on it. He was courteous and very helpful. That's exactly what happened, Tommy made sure the roof (TPO) was installed properly & took care of my request, for minor customizing. Rhino delivered everything promised.

Stellar Company. Darrell came out to inspect and evaluate our roof and he was so professional and courteous. His crew came and replaced the shingles and updated other parts. They were fast and clean. ALL you can ask, very quick response that led to completion of work at high quality in less then a week from initial contact. Cost was excellent in comparison to other responders - they take care of negotiations with the insurance. Would definitely recommend especially for anyone in New Mexico needing roof replacement with high quality materials.

It was last October when I had worked with Rhino Roofing Company. What I liked about this company most is that they dealt directly with my insurance company to get my roof replaced, and I ended up paying almost nothing on my deductible, since they where willing to work with me there as well. I got a new roof simply by making a few phone calls, while not having to deal with all the red tape that's involved with insurance companies and their small little petty rules and technicalities that have them automatically deny your claim. If you want your roof fixed, I recommend calling Rhino Roofing first. Let them deal with the insurance company, since this is what they do, they had no problem getting my claim through in no time. I have nothing bad to say here; only good things!

Rhino did an excellent job on my roof. My home is almost 2,400 sq. ft. and Rhino was responsible for replacing most of it. We had started off with a low-profile contractor who showed up every other day and did sub-par work. Not only did Rhino do an amazing job in due time, they were extremely courteous and very nice to my children and wife. I own a handful of homes in a couple of states and I can say with certainty that I would welcome Rhino Roofing to work on any of them. I even posted some pictures of our new roof to my Facebook account. Thanks!

Rhino Roofing is outstanding. From the estimate we received by Brad and his meeting with my insurance adjustor, the scheduling by Adam, to the skilled, hard-working crew.

They did a wonderful job. Communicating with our home owners insurance, with us and notifying us of any changes. They met with us one on one and came out to our house, they never tried to push something else on us either. The office also took care of all the paperwork and gave us copies of everything that we requested in a timely manner. Great Job!
