I talked to Bruce. I had a special paint question and while living out of the area he was very helpful. He offered all the paint codes for a 1965 Porsche car so I could get the paint locally. He also offered to send me a paint sample to have it matched in my town. He would not make a sale by doing so. I really appreciate his help in solving a difficult problem.

Word of mouth took me in and it was a great experience. Matched my Harley color perfectly. Not only did I get everything I needed they even printed out directions for me. I'm still not sure if I will paint it myself but they were extremely helpful. I'll go to them for all my paint needs

I conducted a transaction with Bruce Phillips and we was an absolute jerk and very unprofessional. Watch out for him, if they keep him around long enough.

If your going to work with someone here and Bruce Phillips is the one who is assigned to help you, then run like hell. I worked on a transaction with him and he was very rude and unprofessional.
