The guy who always comes to spray is very rude and tries to argue about the problems we are experiencing. He says it's illegal to spray our apartment every week even though others are allowed to request it frequently. When he comes to spray he only sprays one side of the apartment. I would say he is very unprofessional, confrontational, and wants to get money out of this business rather than help fix the problem.

The owner Mark has sprayed my apartment multiple times for regular bug treatment, because I kept getting bit while pregnant and contracting cellulitis (a skin infection which requires antibiotics), after asking him to inspect for bed bugs he did and said he couldn't find any. I wanted it treated anyway and paid $267 for him to treat my apartment. I've continued to get bit worse and worse since I've had my baby and finally had him come back and find a bed bug. He wanted to charge us for a treatment. Once I called him and said I didn't think he even treated the apartment the first time he said he couldn't find record of anyone treating our apartment and said he wasn't at the office, but would double check that night and call me in the morning. He never called and has since ignored my calls and my voicemails. My apt office called and found out he did not treat our apartment and was avoiding out calls on purpose. Marc Gonzales who owns this business is confrontational, argumentative and all around bully. Mr. Gonzales does not change clothes between spraying each apartment. This of course opens the door to transfer of infestation from one apartment to another. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company.
