I was being charged with DUI & Wreckless Driving & hired The Legal help of Patrick Martinez. He was very helpful throughout the whoe process clarifying/explaining the whole situation & how we would go about it in a court of law. Mr. Martinez is very knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. He honest with his clients and points out the worst case scenarios and only makes a move with the clients consent on the options that are laid out. Mr. Martinez and his staff keeps the clients informed about any developments that take place out of the court room and are always welcoming towards any questions from the client. Mr. Martinez works hard for all his clients and while at the court house, he is carry on not only one case but many, yet is able to balance each of them.

I was looking for a good lawyer for charges that were against me. I was recommended by a friend to call Mr. Martinez to represent me on my pending charges. We needed a lawyer on not one but two occasions a year apart. We were so pleased with Mr. Martinez's knowledge and navigation of the legal system that we went back to him the second time. He always made us aware of what was going on and what our options were. We were well informed and he worked hard to get us a positive outcome. I would hope that no one need a lawyer but if you find yourself in a situation where you do, Mr. Martinez will work hard to help you win your case. I also think it speaks volumes that he is so used that sometimes he has cases going on within minutes of each other and has to be a little late to some hearings. Most Judges know that you are not the only client that your lawyer has and thus has patience with you.

Patrick is an attorney that I believe truly cares about the cases he represents. I have had two cases now that he represents. Regardless of the outcome, he has always treated me and my family with the utmost respect. I have always been treated as though I were his only client when I know, in fact, that he's very busy with others. I have no idea where these gentlemen have seen this mentioned behavior. I have only seen the direct opposite. A true standard has been set in regards to professionalism.

I TOTALLY disagree with these other two guys, maybe they just had a bad experience or just mad because their case did not win. Patrick was very thorough, curtious and when we went to Court he had a good demeanor and was very professional and he was able to get my case dismissed, which was not easy. He is very busy due to his popularity but he will manage all cases to the best he can and he will deliver. he was very honest from the beginning and made sure I understood all my legal rights and all the different possibilities that my case can go. He was always dressed nice, on time and very curtious with the court staff through all the proceedings. If you ever need a good criminal defense lawyer, I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Martinez and I would not listen to a word these other guys are saying!!

All he wants to do is suck you dry for every penny you have. He is impossible to get a hold of until all of a sudden he needs some money from you, then he pops up out of no where. He is a vile, disgusting person, you cannot trust him whatsoever, he will purposely lose your case for you just because he is not getting from you what he wants. Or will make you give your case up and take a plea, after you have already paid him because he is too busy! Seriously be smart and stay AWAY!

Is there a zero rating? Because that is what Patrick Martinez deserves. Mr. Martinez is not in the attorney business to represent his clients to keep them out of jail, he is in the attorney business to milk his clients for as much money as he can get out of them as possible. This is exactly what he did to me. I could have easily gotten off of my Domestic Violence case with an early intervention plan completion. However, Patrick coerced me into going to trial to see if the supposed victim would show up for court, but also because it meant an extra $1000 for Mr. Martinez. So the victim did show up in court. Mr. Martinez is very unprofessional. His suit was always wrinkled. Half the time he did not even know which courtroom we were to be in, let alone if I had an appearance that I needed to make. He was highly unprepared for court. So much so, that the judge in the trial told him so. If you have a choice between choosing a Public Defender or Mr. Martinez, you are better off to go with the Public Defender. Mr. Martinez does not care about you, he only cares about how much money he can squeeze out of you. Mr. Martinez does not return phone calls to his clients. Needless to say, a jury found me guilty because Patrick proceeded to ask me questions that we had not rehearsed. I was made out to be a liar by the Prosecuting Attorney, and with little help from Mr. Martinez. At the end of the trial, Mr. Martinez said, "Pep up. We can just appeal this outcome." I asked how much that would be, and he said about $3000. OMG! What an attorney! It was his plan all along to lose my case on purpose and then say that we could just appeal it. Just terrible!
