I heard great things about Other Mothers but when I went to the Westside store I was treated like garbage. I took in baby clothing & other baby items for store credit the owner told me to put my items in a bin and give her 30mins, I looked around and the 30mins turned into a hour and a half she kept going to her office to pick music playing in her store, she was on the phone and then started helping people she knew. Finally she got to my items and literally looked at them for 2 minutes and said "nah I have to much of the same thing" all my items were close to new. I had all my stuff folded and in piles and she threw all in a garbage bag and said "do you want it back?" well duh of course I did! Then her employees were so rude, the girls in the back stayed on their phones texting and got bugged and were very rude when I asked them questions, there was a young man who works there and he was extremely lazy just looking around talking about his mom to the other employees. The place SUCKED I will never go there or recommend it to others. Im going to try the Montgomery location but as for the Westside Coors location that place should be shut down they have no business ethics or customer service skills.... One word -Horrible-

Ive been shopping and exchaning with Other Mothers for 3 years now. I love it!!! The pay have gone down for exchange but the economy is no help to that. Still I can seasonly shop for my kiddo for very little!!!

I love this store for quick inexpesive produxcts for my daughter. I bought items for her ballet and tap class and i saved at least 80 percent. THe place is well organized and I could go in and out. Thank you!

I was happy with the new store location at San Mateo and Montgomery blvd-it's very clean and well organized. I appreciate the dressing rooms for their "kid friendly" door heights and door knobs. I also like the friendly staff there- I have not had a bad experience so far. Sometimes the stock of kid clothes can get low, but when I come back in it is generally replenished.

I visited Other Mothers off Coors Blvd. Albuquerque, NM this weekend. Their staff was very unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. The individual who served me, took over an hour to provide service, used her cell phone to text message, while the other staff personal finished three customers in the same amount of time. The owner seemed to witness the unprofessional behavior but did nothing. Of clothing items I took, she separated outfits, kept tops and not bottoms which makes no sense to me. Wouldn't they benefit more selling as outfits, the website says they prefer outfits rather than single items.. My experience was not a good experience. I visited the other store on Cutler, closer to closing and their staff was 100 x's more professional. The store was smaller and a little messier, but that could have been due to the fact that the store had seen hundreds of customers all day. However, they helped us in a shorter amount of time. I say Other mothers on the West side Two Thumbs Down!

I purchased well over $40 worth of clothes but exceeded the 2 week period to do the typical exchange so I had to do the exchange as though I was bringing my items in. Their price tags were still attached to every item, my receipt was included with the bag and still I only received a percentage of the value --- $12.57!! (1/2 of that if I chose cash over store credit)Admittedly, I did not ask enough questions prior to the transaction and chose not to wait there because the lady warned me she was backed up (have you SEEN the mountains of clothes they have to go through?)I wouldn't be going there if I weren't on a budget to begin with and this is their policy??!!

the store is run very badly, they really are lazy, the items they sell are used and cost just as much as if you were to buy it new. they had a swing set for $50 (used) which i had the exact same one new, from burlington. there is sooo much clothes going in, and they are too lazy to go through it, not everyone is rich and dont mind hand me downs. Because that is exactly what the clothes are!

There is no customer service skills, they are rude and lazy, the store is dirty, the items are dirty, they dont give you what your items are worth, and they charge an arm and a leg for the items they haven't taken for themselves. I will never shop here again.

These woman (more so on the w.side location) are HORRIBLE. We were treated with nothing but bad attitudes.
