Heaven forbid you have a poor credit rating! I was not allowed to open a checking or savings account. I did not want a loan or over draft protection, I wanted to deposit over $ 10,000.00 so I could pay my debts and medical bills. Nope, I was instructed to go to Wal-Mart and see if they could help me. Or, it was suggested I find a credit union that had a relationship with my Midwest CU and THEN I could try again with them. If another credit union would assist me WHY would I come back to one that rejected me? Sorry, I am use to Midwest kindness versus Albuquerque arrogance. I wish I could move back. Dale,at the Lomas location, was all smiles and giggles, not helpful.
