Twenty-three days and over $630 and I am still trying to get the vet to call me back with test results. I have called repeatedly, to no avail. My dog is doing worse as of this weekend so I will need to have the test results transferred first thing Monday morning to another vet, but who? Any suggestions would be most helpful!

I have been going to Northview for several years and really like their doctors. My main complaint is when you call in, you are more than likely going to be placed on hold. Sometimes for just a minute, but I have waited up to 5 minutes, hung up and called back again only to be placed on hold again!!! They really need to get more help with the phones.

I highly recommend Dr. Pauly. She is thorough, detailed in her explanations and gives clear instructions. My dog loves her and has been seeing her since 2010.

Have taken my animals - 2 dogs and 3 cats - to Northview for the 7 years I have been here. They have always been efficient, compassionate and caring. Communication issues probably because they are very popular and busy. You can tell that all the Vets and personnel love animals. I have no complaints and recommend them.

Long story short, I called to make a first time appointment for my new puppy. I was put on hold 4 times, talked to two people, was confused with two other customers and ended up having to call another vet with a competent receptionist.

I used to work at Northview for over 6 years.After that time of venturing on in my life. I have come to realize there are ABSOLUTELY NO other vets in town that I would recommend. I have seen these doctors while working with them and also as a client and they are truly the best!! I ALWAYS recommend them to anyone who might need a compassionate, not overpriced, and very well educated Veterinarian. ANY of the doctors there are great! They get a little busy but will never make you feel like you have wasted your or your pets time. The prices are exceptionally reasonable and they WILL NOT rip you off.. You get exceptional care throughout your pets procedures and they will address his/her needs. Like I said, I have not been at Northview as an employee for over 2 years now but I am defiantly a for life client (as long as they will have me :)

Perhaps I was used to the VCA way of doing things in CA, but this establishment does not seem to be be able to clearly convey what exactly is going on with your pet. There is no detailed explanation of what is to be done, no discussion of the billing estimate or visit charges unless one asks. Case in point, my dog had a minor procedure to a limb, but had I not pinged the staff (and Dr. Romero) for feedback I would not have know if he'd be stitched or just just cleaned and bandaged, when or even if to change the bandage. Two weeks earlier they did not even want to do anything to the wound, then it became infected and that was during an "full animal" exam.Once the last part of this is done, I'm moving on to a VCA vet.

I have been taking my cat there for years. Thee staff and vets are kind and do an excellent job
