From the time the cover was ordered and sized, we have had the best service. Very professional and courtesy. This is the 2nd time that Mossman has replaced our cover because of wear and tear and sun. Every 5 to 7 years. So worth it to have a nice cover that retracts.

Nine months ago I purchased and had installed a new "track system" for my in-ground swimming pool from Mossman Pool Covers. Although new, the system was being retrofitted to the older cover and old, predrilled holes. The installation went well but there were some subsequent problems which Mossman quickly corrected, most recently by Mike and Bennett, and I couldn't be happier with the prompt, polite and attentive service I've received from this local company.
