This law office is horrible. My boyfriend retained her in his disability case 3 years ago.... still NOTHING. They don't call back when they promise, and Michelle Baca has only bothered with him twice. I guess she is too good for her clients. Every time we have asked direct questions, we get super vague answers. She claims to know the judge he went in front of, but cannot give him a time frame for the final decision. He has been denied three times now...the fourth appeal went in front of a judge and a one of the court doctors (who said he is severely disabled, fyi), yet 6 months later, no decision and this stupid law office has no answers. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and feedback from both the attorney and her staff. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. She is just out for her own money......so she postpones things to make more and more. Luckily he signed a contract stating she will only get 25%--which is still ridiculous, but cannot take more than that. I guess the longer she drags it out, the more money she gets. That is their bottom line. Fuck the client..they just want money.

So far my experience with Ms. Bacas office are seemingly ok., I have not had any issues thus far. I had my hearing in January, Ms. Baca was very professional, knowledgeable with my case. I am in the waiting period so we shall see how things pan out.
