BEWARE! Transactions with thi...

BEWARE! Transactions with this place are one sided and not customer/potential tenant friendly! They take their sweet time processing your approval application and yet potential tenant has only 72 hours to get a full refund on their deposit. And when you inquire about approval process, you are given the run around. I lost a $250.00 deposit before being approved! The excuse was "Site Manager was sick during application process".
