BAD BAD BAD !!!!! I was talked into a shelfing unit that wasn't going to work, but i could take home and cut it in half and it would work !!! Fine. Bought it, took it home, NO this is not what i want ! Took it back with my receipt, intact, untouched. Asked politely for a refund. "NO" at that point i was told about the No Refund Policy !!! and NO other solutions were offered to me. just leave the store, take your shelf with you. BAD BAD BAD

ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL BOTH WITH THE NEW AND USED ITEMS I AM LOOKING FOR. WE HAVE 5 STORES AND I'M ALWAYS LOOKING TO MAKE CHANGES IN THEM WITHOUT COSTING AN ARM & A LEG. GREAT PLACE TO BROWSE AND GET SOME IDEAS!!
