THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!...

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!!!! we did an interbase move, at frist it was going pretty smoothly then 6 weeks before we were suppost to move in to the new address i called up to see if we could do a wlak through and i found out they had given that house to another family and had no address for us! then when we were moving out they were tryingto charge us almost 450 to move saying the house wasnt clean enough. when i went in to the main office to talk to them about it they said that i would have to pay for atleast a partial cleaning half of what they said wasn't clean were things that the person who does the walk throughs told me not to bother with because they were going to repaint the house buti get charged anyway. i called the hunt headquaters and i get nothing. they are the worst company i have ever had to do buisness with

This military housing is awful...

This military housing is awful. The schools on base are open to civilian children and the school itself is rated F. The housing employees are lazy and don't care about their residents. We are having mold in the houses and several families have already had to move out and housing will not replace any of their furniture, clothes anything damaged by the mold due to their negligence. The windows in the older housing won't even open causing fire hazards, and when you do get them to open it takes a strong man to do it. I worry about the children trying to escape in a fire and not being able to get out...:( Housing laughs in our faces at the problems we have and they takes days to fix anything. It's also a gang war zone right outside the gates. Rio Rancho is a very nice area and they have better rated schools. Save yourself time and despair. You will also be able to save more money off base because you have to pay for any overages on your utilities. I have seen lots of residents get billed $400+ and housing just sit back and let them eat the bill. This housing is pathetic.
