We have used Just Sprinklers in the past and they have always been reliable. This is the first time however that we have known the name of the technician who came to service our problem. Ed Gonzales let us know what he would have to do to fix the problem, which was tricky in that it was a break in the drip line which was sending a geyser out of the middle of a decorative juniper. Before commencing, he let us know that he would probably have to cut into the bush, which was painful but necessary. I would request him again

We rely on Just Sprinklers when we have trouble with our watering system. They always respond promptly and provide good service. This morning Ed Gonzalez was here precisely at he scheduled time and solved our problem in short order. As always he was personable and polite.

I have used Just Sprinklers to service and repair my sprinkler system for several years. This year the technician was Ed Gonzalez. I was, as always, very pleased with his service. Mr. Gonzalez was well spoken, answered all my questioned, for performed his work quickly, explaining to me what he was doing and why.

Just Sprinklers is extremely responsive to requests for service, and tries to send same technician to my home which is appreciated. Mr. Gonzalez has provided professional repairs to my system for several years, is always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is proactive in identifying issues and repairing so that they are not my "next crisis".

I called because Just Sprinklers was recommended to me. There was a leak in the flowerbed pipes. I called Just Sprinklers on Friday and they had someone come on Monday morning and Ed Gonzalez did an efficient job. He was polite and professional. I had an adjustment that needed to be made and called the next day. Mr. Gonzalez came out the following day and fixed it without any further charge. I am very pleased with their service and especially the polite and professional way Mr. Gonzalez took care of the work.

I had a leak that was not at the sprinkler, so I gave up on trying to fix myself and called Just Sprinklers. Ed arrived on schedule, and found and fixed in the problem in the riser line in just a few minutes. Ed cleaned everything up nicely and we were done. Price was fair, service was great.

Called before, arrived on time, very courteous, replaced the problem part, made sure everything worked and I knew how to use it. what else is there?

Ed Gonzalez arrived on time. Fixed the problem and checked the other valves as well. This is the second time he has helped us in the last year and in the future should I need help I will request him again

Ed arrived exactly on time (9:00) and went immediately to work. He volunteered to do additional work (not necessary) and was finished in 15 minutes.

Ed Gonzalez came to my home today to assit me with an issue I had with my front yard irrigation system. Ed explained to me what occured and completed the job promptly and professionally. Ed is an asset to your business. I have Ed's card and will definately recommend him to friends and family.

Ed Gonzalez repaired a leak in our system very quickly and professionally. He called 15 minutes ahead of time announcing his arrival and he was right on time. He also went above and beyond by explaining how the problem happened and should it happen again, what I can do to fix it myself and save a service call, which I really appreciated. Both Ed and Just Sprinklers really seem to care about the customer and are great about helping customers who like to do-it-themselves and save money. Thanks Ed and thanks Just Sprinklers!

Just Sprinklers sent Ed Gonzalez to fix a leak in our sprinkler system. He was on time, very polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He gave me several options that all made sense. He provided specific information before I even had to ask and supplied a fair estimate for the job. I appreciated his help and would call Just Sprinklers again.

I was having trouble with my sprinkler system and Ed Gonzalez took his time and helped my understand how they were suppose to work and why I had dead spots in my lawn. I know my problem to him was nothing much to fix but to me I needed to understand why my lawn looked the way it did. I really appreciated him listening and helping me because a lot of people really don't do that anymore. I would call Just sprinklers again and recommend them thanks to Ed Gonzalez.

He was very professional and the bill was reasonable. Whenever I have such troubles with our aging drip irrigation system, Just Sprinklers is there within a day of my call. Great service.

My sprinklers quit working completely. They would not operated automatically or manually. JustSprinklers sent Ed G. to my house to fix the problem. While I assumed the controller was bad and would have to be replaced, Ed took the time to do some additional checking. Ed ran a few checks on the controller and within minutes diagnosed and isolated the problem. Because he isolated the problem to a small area of the system, he was able to make a relatively simple and inexpensive fix instead of selling me a much more complicated and expensive repair. Great job....and very much appreciated!

The folks at Just Sprinklers just completed an outdoor built-in barbecue grill for us, and they did a wonderful job. Our grill has a stucco-ed oval base (to match the house’s stucco) and the top is a mosaic of different colored 3 inch square slate tiles. There were three areas where Just Sprinklers excelled: communications, quality of work, and clean-up. It took a lot of discussion to convey our design, and Johnny at Just Sprinklers patiently discussed all the things that would work, and those that wouldn’t. Johnny checked with ten different businesses to find the slate we wanted, but he couldn’t find it. When we asked him to try a few more places, he happily did so, and found it. Johnny was always extremely positive and great to work with. The quality of work was excellent. The construction method was really smart and efficient, and it’s solid as a rock. They did all the work on the agreed-upon schedule, and the construction crew was always pleasant and hardworking.Lastly, Just Sprinklers was clearly focused on making our yard look better with the addition of the barbecue grill. Not only does the grill look great, but Just Sprinklers brought in some crushed rock to put around the grill to enhance the appears. And Just Sprinklers really cleaned up after the job. The yard was spotless and tidy. I would definitely recommend Just Sprinklers for building outdoor barbecue grills.

I had several issues with my sprinkler system - old sprinkler heads needed replacing, new sprinkler heads added, new bubblers added, etc., and Jose with Just Sprinklers did a great job. Then Ed Gonzalez from Just Sprinklers came out a few days later as a folllow up - he was polite, efficient and did the job in a few minutes. I've used Just Sprinklers for several years and wouldn't use anyone else for sprinkler system repairs.

Ed G from Just Sprinklers was just out to do some work. Was not a big job, but he got right to work and fixed it in no time. Cleaned up and explained to me what he had done. I'll advise anyone to use this company.

Repair Technician Ed Gonzalez Was working in a confined area at the corner of the lot with 6 foot block walls on two sides and large tree on the third, all within one and a half feet of the broken line. This was further complicated by three other lines above the broke one.Completing the repair involved removing and later replacing two of the other lines to gain access to the broken one.Outatanding job in minimum time.
