We knew that there were problems with our irrigation system besides the fact that there was a visible leak and many of my trees and bushes appeared not to be getting water. Ed knew exactly what the problem was and recommended and installed a water regulator. He also checked each bush and tree and fixed the irrigation points. The day after his visit, the system worked as expected. I would definitely have him come back if service is needed in the future.

Ed Gonzalez did an awesome job fixing our sprinkler system. He was on time and did not leave until the work was done to our satisfaction. I will definatly call Just Sprinklers next time I need a repair.

We called Just Sprinklers to help us finish our backyard. They installed irrigation and grass. We appreciated that our salesman Johnny was also our project manager. It gave the job accountability that you don't often get. Johnny made many good suggestions, especially for irrigating our large vegetable garden. Daniel did a great job as the foreman of the job. He was professional and made sure the job was done right.

I came into the Just Sprinkler store with my controller because the sprinklers would not stop running. Ray look at the controller and fixed my program start times and it works beautiful. He saved me money and a big headache.

Just Sprinklers sent help the day I called and they worked around my very tight schedule. Sergio did a quick and efficient job. When he check everything the second time he discovered a broken line that tree roots caused. I cannot recall any service man who did more that what I called about. Now I have more water pressure than ever! Thanks, Sergio.

We had Sergio come out and fix a leak in our sprinkler system that turned out to be more complex because of how the system was initially installed (obviously not installed or designed by Just Sprinklers.) Sergio realized how the system was setup and completed the job that would have most techs stumped. Great job and thanks for the excellent work!

We called Just Sprinklers to have our system shut off entirely, as we were no longer using it, and there was a leak in the valve. Sergio was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. Turns out, the valve must have been six feet or so below ground level. Sergio persisted, and was able to finally cap off the pipe that was causing the problem. He was friendly and very neat in his cleanup, given the muddy mess he had to dig through to address the problem. Thank you so much, Sergio!

Had a real problem with the circuitry of my Sprinkler system; kept blowing fuses. A young man named Sergio Munoz from Just Sprinklers in Albuquerque, NM came out and did a great job analyzing and repairing the system in a relatively short time. Highly recommend this company, especially if Mr. Munoz is on the job.

Replaced a sprinkler, inspected the system and valves. Arrived on the time specified, worked efficiently, and was pleasant. Technician was Sergio Munoz. Would call again if repairs are required. Repair done 5-12-11

After receiving incorrect information and poor customer service, John Seaver (owner) called me on a Saturday and apologized. Sometimes in a business mistakes happen, it's how you fix those mistakes that can make all the difference in the world. Within a few minutes of talking to John he had Shelly call and say someone would be here within 30 minutes. Richard Mora came out on time and was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and very understanding. Thank goodness as we had the wrong sprinkler heads wasting water and a few of them not rotating. Richard was very professional and John really does care about customer service. Shelly was very polite and professional even when I was upset. John, you should give her a raise. :) Thank you to all of you for the way you handled this whole issue. I'm impressed and that is not easy to do.

I needed my entire sprinkler system updated and extended. Johnny came out promptly , gave me the estimate, and set up the date. Carlos, Juan, and Alberto were there when they said, they were very courteous and professional, and finished the job when they said they would. They took time to explain to me what they were doing, and when they were finished, they left everything very clean. They did all they needed to do, but with minimum impact to my yard. I would highly recommend these guys!
