Ed arrived precisely on time after calling me five minutes before to let me know he was on his way. We had some underground leaks and needed newer, more efficient sprinkler heads. Ed was extremely neat and efficient and cleaned up after his work, including hosing off the dirt from the patios. Thanks Ed and Just Sprinklers.

Ed Gonzalez came to my house to check out a leakage problem I had with two sprinklers in front of my house. He found the problem right away and fixed it in a very shout time. Then he ran the system in that zone to make sure they worked properly and shut off completely. Thank you Ed!

I purchased sod that did not gow, drought resistant! Was told I did not water it enough? Huh, even its own owner needs to read up on the tye of grass they are selling because if he did he would realize it is drought resistant..meaning less water. I did not realize until after I have talked to sod experts but the sod we got from Just Sprinklers did not have a chance by the way I described the condition of it when we received it.

We're new to Albuquerque and wanted to be sure our sprinkler system functioned properly. Ed did a fine job with that task, oriented us to the system, and ran a new emitter to a plant we added...wonderful job overall!

Sergio Munoz does great work! by jaysquare-08/29/2011We called Just Sprinklers to have our system shut off entirely, as we were no longer using it, and there was a leak in the valve. Sergio was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. Turns out, the valve must have been six feet or so below ground level. Sergio persisted, and was able to finally cap off the pipe that was causing the problem. He was friendly and very neat in his cleanup, given the muddy mess he had to dig through to address the problem. Thank you so much, Sergio!

Mark promptly helped resolve a minor problem with a drip system repair, which the tech had missed. He's a good ambassador for Just Sprinklers, assuring "customer satisfaction". No question we'll call Just Sprinklers next time we need help!

We had Just Sprinklers redo our sprinkler system and replace our flagstone a couple of months ago. In addition to this we just had them remove a tree and replace our backyard lawn. As always Javier and his crew did a superb job. The work was fantastic and the cleanup was impeccable. Will do business with them again in the future.

Edmundo Gonzales' work is awesome! His professional manner and quick installation was impressive. All we had to do is tell him what we needed and he quickly displayed his knowledge and experience with fast repairs and installs as well as great tips on how we can maintain what he installed. Thanks Edmundo! We need you to come back and do some more work for us.

I have used Just Sprinklers for several years and trust them so much that I'm not usually home when they conduct the work. Happened to be here today and was glad: had a chance to meet Ed Gonzalez and see him in action. Impeccably professional, personable, and fixed my irrigation repair issues rapidly. I consider the price a bargain considering my schedule (and therefore my inability to do these repairs myself)! Great work!

Ed Gonzales is a true professional. He came. he saw and he repaired! An error was rectified immediately. He is a credit to JustSprinklers and to himself. He came 0n 7/25 @ 8am,& corrected the error on 7/27 all with great courtesy!Evert Vos

We had Just Sprinklers come out to the house in the spring to fix some heads that were damaged. The tech came out and examined them and then reported to me what he recommended, which was to fix the broken heads then go ahead and replace the others as well bc they will match and save me on my water bill. The new sprinkler heads were $37.5 a piece with all the parts, multiply that by 8 and I had a $300 bill before any labor was factored in. The tech's rate was $79.99 per hour and luckily he brought an assistant/ helper that was $49.99 per hour to save me some money (a little sarcasm there if you didn't pick up on it). When it was all added up I had a bill for over $500 and it took them under 2 hrs to fix. A week ago I needed to replace another 7 sprinklers in the back yard. I looked online and Home Depot had the same products, and after checking out, my bill was a little over $50! I obviously am in the wrong business! I have been to Medical doctors who don't charge that much!!!

I had quite a few problem areas in my sprinkler system and called Just Sprinklers to set up an appointment. At the day of the appointment Ed Gonzalez called me to let me know the approximate arrival time and he was there shortly. Ed was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job in repairing and adjusting the sprinklers. The price I paid was very reasonable considerint that there werre quite a few things to take care of. Overall, I am very satisfied with Ed's work

My mother's sprinkler and drip systems had many problems. Chip identified and corrected all of them. He was very polite and extremely pleasant to work with.

Recentley I noticed water was flowing from a sprinkler into the street. Mr. Gregg showed up at the scheduled time and immediately identified the pronblem areas and reccomened solutions. After installation several check valve heads and other equipment the probem no longer existed. Mr. Gregg is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He certainly is an example of an outatanding representative of Just Spinkler company.

I have had good results from Just Sprinkers on previous repair jobs. This time I was confused and disappointed. lI scheduled an appointment and requested I be contacted before the repair since I was not able to be on site. I assumed I would sanction the work based on previous work, but I still wanted the courtesy call so I would have an idea of the scope of the repair. I arrived home the day of the evaluation and found an invoice for a repair to place a cap on a turn on and for labor, about $ 92. Also left was a estimate of potential repairs to the system which I requested help in the amount of $292. I placed two calls and was finally called back by Ed later in the evening. He claimed to have tried to reach me earlier. I found no electronic record on either of my phones, both of which have functioning caller id. There were three posibilities which might have explained the discrepency:1. My phones were broken (no sign of that);2. Ed said he was really busy all day and in

Chip Gregg came to my house and did a variety of tasks related to my sprinklers and drip system. He was very helpful, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I continue to be impressed with Just Sprinklers and their employees!!!

Carlos and crew did an outstanding job. My property is complicated with numerous varieties of plants, several walkways and an obtrusive outbuilding in the middle of the back yard. The system is exactly what I wanted, practically invisible, and easy to use. They restored the place to the exact condition it was in prior to the work so you can't even tell than any work was done. Outstanding.

I had a few drip system lines that weren't working. Ed from Just Sprinklers came out on time and got the repairs done quickly and correctly. Very polite!

Had to dig a couple feet to replace a busted valve; big surprise when I saw the $1000 bill. Charged me $100/hr to dig a hole (plus a $100 for supervisor to watch) and then $100/hr to actually replace the valve..
