Jerry is wonderful, there is no need to go looking for any other maintenance and repair business once you use Jerry, you will never want to use anyone else. He is always on time, always does quality work and always completes the work he promises. He is the best!

I found Jerry to fix several items at my mom's house. He fixed everything and did very good work. He is our "go to" person when something breaks or needs repair. We were blessed to find jerry.

After the last big rain the ceiling in front of my hallway sealed with water and collapsed the ceiling. I was referred to Jerry's maintenance and repair. He came out and gave an estimate and the following day he and his staff came and made the repairs so grateful you were there.

Awesome job, Jerry was very professional and takes pride in his work. He was careful to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Two days later he called to make sure I was happy with the installation that he had done for me. Very pleased with Jerry and will recommend him to friends and won't hesitate to call him again.

UPDATE: It's now over a week since Jerry promised he'd be back to finish the job he started and was paid for and complete another job he said he'd do. No peep out of Jerry...so much for him being reliable, honest, responsible, conscientious Jerry. Absolutely pathetic. NOT RELIABLE. DIDN'T COMPLETE THE WORK. He talked about his walking with God and that he's fair and responsible and conscientious. Don't believe it. Take your business elsewhere. Took full payment to install washer and dryer on Monday but couldn't complete the project and was to come back on Saturday morning to finish that job and complete a garbage disposal installation. Said he'd be there between 9 and 10. Never showed, never called...nothing. I called him and texted him multiple times and no response. Gave me his pitch on Monday that he's fair and responsible and he commented on the negative review he received here and said it was not deserved. Well, this negative review is deserved. I'd give him 0 stars if that was an option.

a little while back jerry helped me with some work I needed hooking up my projector, fixing my shower and fixing my water heater. all the work was done fast and at a great price! Later I had to hang some lighting in one of my back rooms and jerry helped my again with fast and reliable service. I know I always get a great deal too! that's why I give jerry 5 stars every time es done work for me. Thanks jerry!

Conscientious! Able to think outside the box for whatever home or office project you might have in mind! Rates are exceptionally ethical for this line of work. As a woman- I felt 100 % safe during the project. And truly appreciated the respect and professionalism that was brought into my home space. My issue was a central air duct system challenge. JM brought patience, experience and steadfast focus- until the service was professionally completed. For anyone looking for a 'family safe' HANDIMAN service provider- uniquely qualified with brains, ethics, know how, and practical excellence to see it through- JM is the first business to call !!

Me Jerry was extremely polite & such an amazing help I know nothing about how to turn on or fix a water heater but me Jerry walked me through everything I needed to know and do to be the man of my house and fix somthing even well he was extremely busy he took time for me and stayed in the phone with me until the job was completely fixed and he never even met me mr jerry is a true example of integrity & Honor and how a person can be there for someone even when we are strangers but now I can honestly call him my friend please use Jerry's Maintance & more services for any and all your needs he is amazing!!!

Jerry worked on a mold remediation job in my apartment. He and his crew worked quickly to have the issue resolved in a few days. He showed concern for the safety of my infant daughter and ensured I was pleased with each step of the process. He took initiative to go above and beyond the job and fixed my landlord's screw ups. He showed up at times that were good for us and kept open communication. Very pleased with his work.

Jerry just finished painting my son's condo. His work and work ethic are excellent. He was prompt and reliable, honest, courteous and thorough. He showed initiative by making small repairs without being asked. I would recommend Jerry to anyone looking for quality workmanship for their home.

Since I have to click a star rating I will click 3 stars based on Jerry's previous ratings. Obviously he does good work. But I set an appointment with him yesterday for 9 am this morning to work on a unit I am buying. I had told him I had to have it set up for a realtor to be there and let us in. He had mentioned I could text him the address, so I knew he received text messages. But later I not heard back from him to confirm so I called and he said yes he'd gotten the text and would meet us there. Something about the way he spoke made me think I needed to confirm before driving across town to meet him, I just got a feeling. So this morning I texted him an hour before the appointment to confirm. A half hour later when I didn't hear back I called and he answered, and he apologized and said he couldn't make it, because he was "out of town on a family emergency." He said something had come up unexpectedly and he had left in a hurry and driven 13 hours to Kansas City. All of this I could understand if I had received a call sometime yesterday, or a text last night or this morning. But to let myself and the realtor show up at the house and wait for him, which is what would have happened if I had not had the feeling to call him, is unacceptable.

Jerry did our new home installed wood floors and painted our 18 ft walls all I can say it is simply beautiful plus he added his special touch and signature to our walls I love his work and his crew they were all very professional I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done luv luv jerry

Jerry did an excellent job preparing a rental home for sale. He went above and beyond what he was expected to do without charging extra. I highly recommend him for maintenance and repair work.

Jerry, did a wonderful job of painting our showroom. He is very professional, arrived on time, completed the job in the time agreed upon and left the area clean and tidy. His prices are very reasonable.

I would use him for any and all future jobs and would highly recommend him if you want a job done well.

Jerry's did a super job painting my salon. I get so many compliments on the freestyle design that was done on one of the walls and I love it!
