I was in search of a reliable TV repair service in Albuquerque, and found only one that would come to your house for a reasonable fee and that was Hugo's TV repair. I had an older
Mitsubishi 55 in and it performed beautifully over the years, and the color went out but the picture was still clear. So I called Hugo's TV repair and Father and son arrived and said that they would take just the main module assembly and trouble shoot the
defective part and call me with the estimate. So within three days
I received and estimate for a rebuilt main bd and a new main bd.
I chose to go with a new bd and within 5 days they returned to install the new working module. Powered the TV on and picture was still showing bad color. Reseated cables from cable box and picture was great again. I watched the TV for about a week or so and still great color. I decided to buy a new 55 in and keep the old Mitsubishi for a extra TV. So now I have the best of old and new. Great Job Hugo TV Repair.

RIP OFF!!, fixed tv three times and still broken, now he wants more money. don't use

I found Hugo TV repair online and Hugo answered the phone when I called. He was polite on the phone and I explained my flat screen tv with an enclosed dvd player which wasn’t working. He said he would could look at it and give a free estimate. I took it to his shop on 2nd street (which opens at 9:00 unlike most others at 10:00). Parking was a little difficult to figure out but he has an area in front of his door where one can park to load/unload. Hugo called a day later to let me know my dvd was unfixable. I decided against installing a new one so there was no charge. Hugo was very pleasant throughout and I would definitely use him again if the need arises.
