I purchased tile from the House of Floors (Albuquerque) for a kitchen backsplash and it was installed in August 2012. I very much appreciate House of Floors' willingness to work with me to find U.S.A-made ceramic tile for my "all U.S. made" kitchen remodel. The ceramic tile and glass mosaic accents that I selected match my Cambria (also U.S. made) countertop perfectly. With regard to installation - Luke arrived on time both days, did a great job installing,and cleaned up when he was done. I would be happy to purchase tile and installation services from House of Floors again. My backsplash is beautiful!

When we started looking at getting the house re-carpeted we had no idea what we were in for. 2 months, dozens of samples and 6 stores later we decided to go wth House of Floors. If you are looking at re-carpeting or any floor covering, I can save you ALOT of running around....Just go to House of Floors first. Friendly, Knowledgeable staff, professional demeanor, good prices and EXCELLENT work. We are thrilled not only with the job they did, but the whole experience. House of Floors did an excellent job helping us to pick out Ceramic tile, Wood flooring, and stone for our backslash. Their staff was a tremendous help. The installers showed up on time the day promised and the workmanship was excellent on all products. We are pleased with the purchase and installation process form start to finish. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My experience with House of Floors was radically different from that of an earlier rater. We found the company to be very professional and helpful. They recently retiled our large great room with DuraCeramic, it looks great, and we are completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. They were efficient and willing to accommodate our wishes for access and help with moving furniture and appliances. The two-man crew that did our work were pleasant and quick to answer our sometimes naive questions. We chose HoF, even though they are 75 miles away, because of a recommendation from a local craftsman who has done work for another local family who used them. I am pleased to recommend them to anyone needing a floor remodel or installation.

We have worked with House of Floors for many years and really appreciate the service we receive. We have had Carpet, Tile and Wood Floors installed by House of Floors and when something is not to our satisfaction we call and receive solutions in a timely manner. We recommend that give them a try there pricing and service are top notch.

This company not only does not stand by their product, they do not stand by their installation. I have had a horrible experience with them, and would not reccommend them to anyone for anything!
