These guys are a joke. Paid them to do a pre-purchase inspection, lets just say they should be responsible for all the issues they over looked but they refused to do anything about it after the sale. This has cost us and we would not have bought the home if we would have known the furnace was leaking, AC was not mounted correctly, and electric does not support the house. All really easy things that any inspector should have been aware of but these guys pushed this deal through for the buying and selling agent who worked for the same national real estate company. These are the kind of inspectors realtors use when they need to push a deal through.
