I am absolutely Flabbergasted and Appalled by the phone manners of this owner! I wish I could upload the phone conversation between Kerry (the owner) & my husband. My husband contacted him through the listed YP contact info, as he was in search of a skylight company to refer to neighbors. The response my husband received from the owner is completely disgusting, as he told my husband that he is, " A F*cking IDIOT, for calling a business out of the yellow pages." -- How else are you to contact a business then? Why would you be advertising in the YP if you didn't want business. If this is how Kerry the OWNER treats potential clientele, then I can only imagine how inadequate his products and service must be. I will be playing the recording of my husbands conversation, to everyone I know. My recommendation- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FOUL MOUTHED INDIVIDUAL!!!!!!!!!!!
