I really liked how clean everything is. No rubbing alcohol smell. Everything was carpeted. I didn't feel like I was in a dental office! Everyone is always ready to help me. My kids love it there. I can't wait to take them back in December.

I received treatment from Dr. Anderson and I loved my experience while in her office. The staff is very friendly and handle everything very efficiently. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kept me well informed of my treatment progress. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to anybody who wants to have a great smile.

All three of my children have received orthodontic care at Anderson Orthodontics. They have the friendliest staff who always made you feel right at home. Our treatment was always explained at each visit and if it wasn't the Doctor was sure to answer any question we had. It is very disappointing to read negative reviews about this wonderful place, but then again in the world we live in not every person will be satisfied. But usually in a negative response, it means that the person was not very involved in their children's care or in some insatnces were too needy to allow the professionals to do their jobs. My response however is very positive. Our children's smiles are beautiful and we are very proud!

Our overall outcome for three children simultaneously has been rather horrendous from Dr. Anderson. Staff is rude. Assistant usually cut the insides of mouths and then yell at children for moving. When asked about goals and expectations at each visit, Dr. Anderson is evasive, probably because she doesn't know herself. Scheduling is a nightmare. If suggested return is in six weeks, they can't schedule you for eight. If a wire breaks, they can't get you in for 48 hours. Her service is extremely cheap, but you pay for what you get. Seek a different orthodontist because Dr. Anderson is unfriendly, uncaring, and not good enough to be an orthodontist in the ABQ metro area.
