I had not been to the Dentist in several years. My tooth chipped and the pain was excruciating. I was in so much pain I couldn't think of whom my insurance was through. Front office went the extra steps to locate my insurance so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Dr. Giaquinto was able to examine the infected area. It was easy to schedule the treatment that was needed. Payment options were made available to me. The Dr. and his Staff didn't make me feel bad for not being to the dentist in several years. I was able to have pre-medication before my large treatment. I was scared and embarrased. After I left, I felt relieved. I will return to continue my care and Hygiene appointments with Dr. Giaquinto and his friendly Staff. Will defintely recommend Cottonwood Dental in the Corrales Plaza to my friends and family.

Cottonwood Dental is a private practice located near Corrales and Alameda. As I walked in for my first visit, I was greeted by friendly front office staff. I sat for a minimal amount of time in the comfortable waiting room. I was greeted/called back to my room - 2 add'l Staff members were also friendly. Dr. Giaquinto reviewed by X-rays with me and completed my exam. I was walked up to the front where I received an explanation of my future treatment. Scheduling was simple. I will refer my Family and Friends without a doubt.

I have been going to this dentist for several years. They tend to lose your appointment, even after you made the appointment in advance. I would double check to make sure you have an appointment before going in. Frank is an awesome hygienist, but it is not enough to keep me as a customer after they lost my appointment again.

The office Staff (Melanie especially) was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend my Dentist office to friends and family. Thank you for making my procedure go smoothly.
