In addition to my expert reupholstering, I offer several specialties: 1. Custom designing and building of upholstered furniture that is built to last a lifetime. Sofas are built-to-the-inch, custom sectional sofa configurations available, odd size chairs and lounges, custom headboards, etc. 2. Custom cushions and pillows for any type of frame, bonco, banquette, booth or window seat. I use only the best-you-can-buy high-resiliency, high-density (HR) foams. Optional foam & down cushions consisting of 25/75 and 50/50 white or gray goose feather & down blends surrounding a HR foam core are available. 2. Expert antique restoration. I am not only able to rebuild a double-stuff horse-hair seat on an 1860 Victorian Settee, I can also build a brand new double-stuffed seat if it has been destroyed or removed. A new double-stuffed seat is constructed of new hog, cattle, and horse hair, using the same techniques as when the furniture was originally built. 3. I offer special-order quality custom manufactured furniture. 4. I maintain a sizable fabric library at my workroom, and can also order from numerous nationally known fabric houses.
