I brought in my quilting machine in because it wasn't working right. Ann had me plug it in as she looked at it and immediately diagnosed many problems right off the bat. She was kind and patient as she tended to the poor machine I've abused for years. She taught me to do correctly several things that I had been doing wrong. I would not hesitate to direct others to this shop for their sewing needs. I hope to take a class soon and learn how to better utilize my sewing machine.

I took our Eureka vacuum cleaner to them because it wasn't working right. He didn't give me a ticket, he simply took the vacuum apart and fixed it. Works like new.No waiting, no fuss.

11-1-2010. I took to them my 6 month old Hoover to replace a $ 17.00 part under warrenty. It is now almost March, 2011. When I called over a dozen (12) times, they accused me of never bringing in my vacuum cleaner to them and, for repair! But, I had the original claim check, proof of purchase, I have the original owners manual and even the bad $ 17.00 part just to be told on Feb 26th 2100 that not only could they NOT only find the repair "ticket" (which I did have my copy) but, they admitted they LOST the entire Vacuum Cleaner so now, it's off to court. Everyone there, all the employees, continue to avoid this issue, refuses to return my calls and they are a rip off company. DO NOT USE Bob's Sewing & Vacuum West (or anywhere), under any curcumstances.

Called the store to ask if they were a Brother Sewing machine dealer, lady that answered stated she preferred other sewing machine any day over the Brother Sewing machine Attitude on phone was VERY RUDE!!! If this is the type of customer service they provide on the phone cn you imagine the customer service if you actually go to the store. NOT GOOD IN MY OPIONION

I took my vacuum to them, thinking they would do well. The advertise allot. This was the worst place i've ever done business with, they were rude and i say "they" because no matter who i spoke with i was yelled and cussed at like a second class citizen. I was shocked at what they told me was wrong with my Vacuum. Not true! I had been taking it to the place i purchase it from and knew the owner well, but it was 25 miles from my house so i took it to Bobs "MISTAKE"!! So when i asked for the parts they replaced! "Oh they have to be sent back to the Company" HOG WASH!! they took advantage of me big time!!! I have heard from others the same thing. "Don't be screwed by Bobs". take it else where.

We dropped of the vacuum at Bob's (owned by Bruce, by the way). One week later, the call and tell us there is nothing wrong with the vacuum. They were rude to my wife and hung up on her. When I called to resolve the issue, I left a message at each location for the owner because he "at the other location". He never called. When I called for my 3rd follow up, the man on the phone was rude to me.



These are rude and incompetent people. Come on, guys. How hard is it to fix a vacuum? I'll do it myself.
