As your wife was told when she came into the shop your knives had been previously sharpened by someone else. She told her she could do the serrated edges on your steak knives. She said to go ahead and do the service. These are nice people who are trying to make a living. She did the service your wife requested. And as for being rude I was told you cursed at them and gave them the finger as you left the shop. We are sorry you feel this way but we wanted to give our side of the story. My wife recently took her kitchen knife set here to be sharpened (a $200 Cuisinart set) as they advertise this service. When she got the knives back they were poorly ground and about half were so bad that they could not be repaired. Also, all of our previously unserrated steak knives came back serrated (without our consent). When I took them back to Mr. Sharp to try and resolve the issue I was met with hostility and accusations. I was told "Well, they still cut, right?" and the old lady there called my wife a liar when she mentioned the steak knives. We were told that we would not get a refund for the so-called sharpening and not offered any form of compensation or repair work to fix the problem. DO NOT GO TO MR SHARP! These are without a doubt the rudest and most dishonest people I have ever met, even denying their shoddy worksmanship when it was held right in front of them. The only thing I can recommend is staying out of this place at all costs!
