Disappointed

I bought a used refrigerator, washer and drier here and the refrigerator stopped working after the 90 day warranty expired. Why wasn't I offered a year warranty, as other reviews claim? I am afraid to use my other appliances for fear that they, too, will no longer work...30 days after the 90-day warranty expired.

TERRIBLE

RUDE ! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Horrible scheduling, the lady hung up on me 4 times & I was calling for the tech to return a 3rd time to fix my dryer. Total bs. I should have read the ratings BEFORE I called them. Don't waste your time or money.

Great Service

I have dealt with them in a lot of repairs, replacement, and expense when I need parts or new appliances. Maybe because a good friend of Lottie, the sweet lady that works there is a friend of a coworker. I always enjoy going in and seeing what is available. I sometimes take these appliances to my rental properties up in south central Colorado. Lottie always offers me a ONE year warranty on parts and service as I am taking them farther away. I value them and they value me as a returning customer. I at times think people post these ads as negative due to the fact that they don't take care of things. I have a lifespan on a washer and dryer of more than 13 years that I got from Bob's Also a fridge that has over 10 years of service. I always am very discretionary with my rentors, and expect them to take care of things. I keep my rentors morale up with a decent rent, as long as they don't cause big expenses. Lottie, you are the best. I think you are a wonderful person that appreciates people that know the value of a dollar and how to appreciate what they have. I will definintely return as customer as long as you are open.

Positive service1

I was acquainted with Bob's through a coworker. I have since then purchased, replaced, and repaired all appliances through them. Lottie, the lady that answers the phone is a WONDERFUL person. I never see the rudeness. It is not necessary that she is rude, she is just who she is. She has been in business for years, and is a great person and source for those hard to find items, parts, and order. I always have been satisfied with their service, and will always return.

Fine with me

I buy used appliances all the time for my rentals.Walked into Bob's the other day - couldn't believe theexcellent condition of their inventory and the reasonableprices - guy behind the desk treated us just fine. Didn'tsee any rude woman - ed

Good deal

I bought a used dryer here and it has worked just fine. In fact when a repair was being done on a much newer washer the tech said the dryer would last for years.

RUDE..!, RUDE..!

RUDE..!, RUDE…!, Terrible customer service, very difficult to schedule, unreliable… NEVER AGAINHard to believe in an economy like this one a business with so low ethics can survive… maybe there are not many choices in Albuquerque. I had to use them because the landlord contracts with them otherwise I rather replace an appliance myself than calling these folks.The woman on the phone…. Really? how rude. I had to hang up and call again, i thought i was being pranked. We are your business lady, we are not bothering you.Interesting that the comments are either AWFULL or WONDERFUL...I bet Mar 18, 2010 and Sept 2,2009 were asked to include their comment to offset the ratings. That’s what friends do.

it was really that bad...

I never do reviews, and hate to give any business a black eye. But the consistent poor treatment of Bob's Appilance would get anyone blogging. The lady who receives customers and generally answers the phone is horrifically rude and curt; the 300+ pound guy that sits behind her is every bit as slow to help anyone. I literally pulled a dishwasher and brought it to them to make the repair and experience easier. I sat three minutes at the counter in an empty store before even being acknowedged, and things only got worse from there. I have bought appliancesfrom them, had them fix appliances, and have given them appliances from my properties for several years. It would take an awful lot to get me back in there after today's latest instance of what has been repeatedly terrible service.

Poor Customer Service

After reading all the bad comments I still took the chance and called with HIGH hopes everyone before me just had a bad day. All the bad reviews were correct. Just called to see if they had a microwave. First time the lady answered but somehow was still talking to someone else. I called back. No luck.

Poor Customer Service, Incredibly Rude, Extremely Unprofessional‎

I have unfortunately had to deal with Bob's Appliances on two occasions because my property manager has a contract with them for all appliance repairs on the house I am renting. The woman who answers the phones is always very rude and acts like you are bothering her and wasting her time when you call for service. I made an appointment with them last week on Tuesday to come out this following Thursday (soonest available according to the woman). The woman told me they would be out "first thing" Thursday morning. By 10:30 Thursday morning, I was wondering why no one had come by or called. I called the office, and the woman informed me that they had multiple calls today and that someone would be by to "deal with me" when they "had the time." The man finally showed up around NOON, and after ten minutes of looking at my refrigerator, informed me he would have to order the parts and would call me on Monday for an appointment late next week. Two weeks without a refrigerator is more than

VERY VERY RUDE

I called LG to get a referral because my frige has issues after only 2 years of new purchase. I was given this number. The woman who answered was very rude, and couldn't be bothered long enough to hear my second question before she hung up. Aparently this company has not been affected by the recession, and obtaining new clients is more of a bother than a welcome! You work hard for your money my fellow New Mexican's, spend it with companies that are thankful not UNGRATEFUL!

Poor Customer Service

Called in to repair our fridge, the repairman told us to unplug the fridge and he would be back in 24 hours with the part. When not back the next day, with no phone call, I called, and the lady answering the phone was extremely rude, said the part was overnighted and he might be back on friday (this was a tuesday I called, I guess she doesn't own a calendar). Very rude and insensitive to how necessary a fridge is in a household. They also do not provide loaner appliances. I will never use this place again, and strongly caution anyone else to keep looking.

Customer Service on Phone

Not very customer oriented over the phone when calling for a part. Hungup before I could even finish my sentence. Luckily there's another parts place down the street that was very helpful over the phone and will get my business.
