Everyone that i have come in contact with at BlueWater Pools have been very professional and helpful. The pool was installed in a timely matter and is beautiful! They did a great job helping me to understand how to keep my pool up and running with the cleaning and chemicals. I highly reccomend BlueWater Pools and i would use them again! Thank you so much to Julio and his Sons!

DO NOT USE Bluewater Pools. Julio installed my pool in 2009. The day the concrete deck was to be poured, a Sandoval County inspector said Bluewater's plans submitted to the county did not agree with what he was about to do. Sandoval County slapped a STOP WORK ORER on Bluewater until they submitted new plans AND abided by them. Julio attempted to hide the Stop Work Order from me. Further, for my 7,500 gallon pool, Bluewater installed for my filter a $150 filter appropriate only for a jacuzzi SPA, NOT a 36'x8' swimming pool!!! A year later I had to pay $1,000 to purchase the proper sized filter for my pool, something I would not have had to do had Julio of Bluewater Pools been an half-way honest man.

Do not use BlueWater Pools! We just had our pool liner replaced by BlueWater Pools in 2014 and have been extremely unhappy with their business all the way around. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, especially when dealing with Julio's son. They were very friendly and helpful at first, but as soon as we signed a contract with them, they were unresponsive and rude. They finally came to replace the liner and fix a leak. Unfortunately, they used pennies to hold our liner in and said they would charge us more to install the liner they way we had it previously (no new materials needed). Three days later, we found pennies at the bottom of the pool and sucked into our pump. On top of their poor quality installation, our leak was never fixed, though they still charged us for this "supposed" fix. I spent more money to hire a leak detector to tell me they never fixed the leak. They are over priced and terrible to work with. I will be filing a complaint with the AG's office and BBB as well.

Adan seems like a nice guy at first. I was contracted to do a landscape design and bid for him. After 5 hours of design time, I called repeatedly to set an appointment to show the plan but he repeatedly had some excuse why he could not meet. After 5 weeks of calling, I called to say that I would drop off the plan at his business if he would leave a check. He claimed that he could not leave a check (at any time) because his father in law was in hospices. Adan then hung up on me and when I called back he told me to go "F" myself ! This is the kind of contractor that I warn honest people about in my gardening articles. Stay Away.

They installed my pool in the late-80's and returned to replace the liner this week. My questions were answered completely and to my satisfaction. Excellent service, very responsive, and I would recommend them.

Very poor service, installation took over 3 months, pool was drained first year so plaster that pealed off could be repaired. Now we are having a problem with the tile falling off. We were over charged for the concrete work. Just do not go with this company, nice guy just poor quality.

Horrible business. Incomplete work and poor customer service. Have submitted complaint to BBB and the New Mexico Attorney Gernerals office. The NM AG's office recommends a refund in the amount of repairs needed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
