Terrible customer service! We hired Bio Clean Family Services to clean our home for six hours on 12/20/2018. After finishing the job, it was brought to my attention that one of the toilets was broken while cleaning - the cleaner claimed the toilet was already broken before they got there. Although I knew this was not the case, I double-checked with my fiance to see if the toilet had broken without my knowledge. He confirmed that the toilet seat was in working condition prior to their arrival that morning. I called Bio Clean Family Services to attempt to rectify the situation and instead of taking responsibility for breaking my property, the guy I spoke with first tried to claim that the ladies exceeded their allotted cleaning time and so he was doing me a favor by not charging me an additional cost. Despite him acknowledging the 4 women arrived at 9:12 a.m. and left at 10:42 a.m. (equating the 6 hours we paid for), he continued to say they exceeded the time we paid for, thus he was giving me a break by not charging me extra. When I redirected him to the reason for my call, he said they were not liable for the damaged property because it was already broken before their arrive. This is unequivocally FALSE and their inability to take responsibility for damaging our property illustrates their lack of character, integrity and genuine concern for customer service.

Additionally, upon their arrival, I specifically requested they focus on cleaning the walls, floors and the base-boards in our home. Guess what I ended up cleaning after they left because it wasn't done at all? The walls and base-boards! I would not recommend anyone use their services, despite the discount found on Groupon.
