Paid good money for a washer and dryer..so that I did not have to schlep laundry to a laundromat..Salesman was great but your customer service leaves a GREAT DEAL to be desired to be even called customer service..They do not answer a phone, nor get back to you for days Only if you email them and a week later if you post on their face book page..Don't do it..I'll go to somewhere else before I come back here..Anywhere else has to better. The Salesman was fantastic..the technician was fantastic but your customer service could give a crap less..they dont answer phone calls and do not even give the common courtesy of calling when a tech is going to be late.. 55 minutes late from their 2 to 4 pm so far..you need a serious overhaul!!
