I've been going there since1986 very friendly service. Nine times out of ten they have what ever it is I'm looking for. Thank you for all the great work you do.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THAT NEGATIVE PERSON/COMMENT. This is one of the few thrift stores in this city that is totally NOT overpriced. They have great selections on everything. The staff cares about what they are doing. I have never had a bad expereince there and I go all the time.

DO NOT SHOP THERE, I AM A SUPPORTER OF ALL FUNCTIONS THAT SUPPLY FUNDS AND RESOURCES TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY BUT WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING IS WRONG, I BOUGHT FURNATURE FROM THEM, TOLD THEM I WOULD BE BY TO PICK IT UP, THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM PER THEIR MANAGER, THEY THAN PROCEEDED TO SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER ME TO ANOTHER PERSON AND REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY UNTIL I THREATENED LEAGAL ACTION. SOLD IS SOLD AS IN SOMEONE PAID MONEY FOR SOMETHING, THIS DOES NOT EQUATE TO BEING ABLE TO RESELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE BY SIMPLY REMOVING THE SOLD SIGN AND TAKING MORE MONEY FOR IT. IF THIS IS HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS I'M NOT EVEN SURE THE PROFITS ARE GOING TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY AND NOT BEING STOLEN BY SOMEONE IN THE BUSINESS. DONATE TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY DIRECTLY AND SHOP AT OTHER THRIFT STORES, I'M CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BURROW AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL TAKE ACTION ON THIS.
