I appreciated the reviews below, but... I scheduled an appointment 8-10 am, the appointment time came and went, no call/no show. I called and they have now promised to have someone here within the next hour and a half. I hope the service makes up for the delay.

As the story goes, no show/no call in the second time window. I am now cancelling the service call and still have an appliance problem. Will be requesting service elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I needed to replace my outer oven glass door. Their tech claimed the glass was $250 and the grand total for the service was $410. After about 5 minutes he offered a "discount" and dropped the price to $359 (red flag!). We did not accept his offer and paid him $85 for an estimate which is ridiculous in its own right. I then ordered the replacement glass online for $90. The most expensive glass I found online was $170. After watching videos about how to change the glass I realized the process takes less the 30 minutes (and that's being generous). So basically they wanted to charge $269-$310 for 30 minutes of work! This was an obvious attempt to get one over on my wife but surprise we are educated! You would think that practices like this would be a thing of the past since people now have the ability to check the price of parts within seconds. I will never call this company again, and will go out of my way to spread the news of their questionable pricing.

I don't have an issue with their service but I do have an issue with their "billing policy". All-Tech went out to repair a dryer at a rental property today and I'm expecting a service call charge (approx. $85.00) which should include the technicians first hour of work + the cost of any parts necessary. The igniter for the gas dryer needs replaced (cost ranges from $15-25 on the Internet) and I'm quoted $249.00! I asked them to break out the parts and labor cost and I'm told, "we don't separate parts and labor, we charge based off the National Rate Book." There's too many other appliance repair places that charge a fair labor rate + parts necessary. I will NEVER use All-Tech Service Company again.

A business that actually answers their phone. The dispatcher was friendly and clear about the service charges. I had my washer repair in a quick manner. I will recommend All Tech Service to everyone. Thanks!

I paid $75 for them to come out and look at my dishwasher months ago. The tech couldn't figure out the problem, said he would do some research and call me back. Never heard from him again. Called the office 3 times and asked to speak to owner who was conveniently never available and still to this day has never called me back. The sure cashed that $75 check though. I wouldn't give them a single star but I have to or else it won't post this review.

Beware: Initial Diagnostic fee of $75 is a deceiving scam. Lesson learned: don't sign anything unless you fully agree with charges. When I called for help with my microwave, I was told I would be charged $75 for the initial diagnostic inspection (just like a car dealer). I was told that before any repairs were done, I would receive a quote for the additional services. Also, I was told that the $75 would go towards any quoted repairs. None of the above occurred. The repairman / tech noticed the problem immediately upon opening my control panel and made the fix in 5 minutes. He then told me he had to charge me $150 for the services as directed by his office. He felt bad about the charges, but I told him I would sign his paperwork and talk to management as he said they were reasonable people. I called them immediately and asked them to adjust the charges but they said they couldn't do anything until their manager was in the next morning to review the request and talk with the tech. That night they processed payment on my card - before the next morning when they said I could speak with their manager. It then took me two weeks of calling All-Tech every 3 or 4 days and leaving a message to talk to the manager who never returned my call. Finally, I called in again, and they let me speak to the 'manger' who was simply unreasonable and ignored my request. Never doing business with these guys again and I'll make sure to contact all my contractor friends as well.

arrived late stayed 20 minutes and charged $160 for flushing a hose out ! What a RIP-OFF!

A service company that actually answers the phone. Thank you All Tech Service for putting your customers first. You answered your phones in a quick friendly way and I got same day service.

All Tech Service is A+ in customer service. I was told that the technician would be at my house in a two hour time frame and he was. He contacted me before coming to my house, showed up in a clean uniform and a lettered van. I was polite and answered all my questions. I gave me a repair quote and repaired my refrigerator right there and it was done. I will referred all my friends to them. CALL THEM TODAY!

The tech came out on time. He was polite and fixed our disposal quickly for a reasonable price. I would definetly use this company again and the request the same tech:)

I called All Tech Service to get my refrigerator repair. They answered the phone politely and they came out the same day. The technician was on time and he explained my repair very clearly. I was so impressed by their professionalism. I will recommend them to all my family and friends

They actually answered their phones. I scheduled an appointment THAT day. The tech came out on the appointed hour and fix my appliance at a great cost. I will refer all the family and friends to All Tech Service.

$79 just for them to come out and evaluate the problem. If you hire them you still pay the $79 tech charge. I just hung up and kept looking.
