Not sure how this business is still in business. In January of 2014 I put my Dyson on consignment. It needed one minor repair that he agreed to make before selling it for $279 and then would give me $125 of that. After 7 months it was never repaired (no wonder it did'nt sale) and the 3 attachments were missing. He looked all over the store and in several bins of all different parts and never found my original parts. I took 1 similar part that would work on my vacuum and he said he would order the other 2 and it would take a week. I called him after the 2nd and 3rd week and was given the run around. After 6wks I went in and was told they were never ordered and I would have to go to some other place and purchase 2 parts and then he would reimburse me. I never got the parts and did not trust that he would pay me back. Why should I have to go somewhere else to purchase parts that he lost or sold to someone else? What kind of customer service is this?

It is my pleasure to let everyone know what a delighted customer I am after having my Sewing machine and vacuum Serviced both within one day after I indicated to the Business my urgent need,the Business provided me with a loaner machine while my machines were being serviced,this is a service that even Walmart will not provide.I also recomment them for New and used machine they have a bunch and are very knowledgeable.with the best prices in Town.
