This business has 2 listings so I am writing on both, I had them inspect my pool in a new to me home and I was out of town so I called and talked to them after the inspection, The pool had been winterized I asked if I needed to do anything since I wasn't coming back until end of May. I was told no , now I have to drain, power wash, acid wash and refill. Probably $2 K worth of work. Called and was told instructions cost extra sad way of doing business and now will never be a customer as well as tell everyone I know who has a pool and the realtor that recommended them not to use

Got 4 estimates on the replacement of my pool heater. 2 never showed up. Dave showed up on time for the estimate. Quoted me a price on the spot. Booked it right then and there for the next day. Got it done and on time very happy with my new Rheem heater.

Had another company look at my pool heater. Got an estimate for 560.00 to repair. I called Albuquerque Pools for a second opinion. Cost 95.00 plus tax to fix a broken wire connection. Very pleased.

For 20 years I have had my pool serviced by many companies. These guys set themselves apart with 3 things. Answered phone, showed up on time and no flip flops fixed the problem right away.

They answered the phone and were out the same day to repair my pool heater. That was this summer & it is still working great. Frank

We have had APS service our hot tub several times, Lately however we have not been impressed, Several appointments have been broken (3) or they just did not show up. Never answer their phone. They then use the excuse that the supplier is out of the parts. Reliability is not their goal.

Very good service. Needed my gas heater replaced. These guys gave me a fair estimate upon their visit. I had them install it the next day. The job had been done for 2 days when another company called & wanted to give me an estimate. I explained that they took 3 days to call back & that it was already installed. After about 20 seconds of silence he stated"Please call us when you need something else" Suuuuuure I will

Called on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message. A real person answered the phone & set my appointment for Monday morning AM. I had left a couple of messages with some other services answering machines. They already had it fixed by 12:45 before the first service company even called me back. I liked talking to a real person when I need service. The spa is the best thing for my sore knees, I use it every day for therpy. Ray

I have used them for over 5 years. Service has always been prompt. They were the first pool service to ever show up in a vehicle with their name on it. Oh and yes a uniform. I have no problem with reccomending them to family or friends. Brian West
