Provided by YP.comHad another company look at my pool heater. Got an estimate for 560.00 to repair. I called Albuquerque Pools for a second opinion. Cost 95.00 plus tax to fix a broken wire connection. Very pleased.

Provided by YP.comWe had arranged for Abq Pools & Spas to maintain our pool and hot tub at the beginning of the season. They eventually turned up at our property to view the work required and commence opening the pool for the summer (having not showed on numerous occasions) but left about 20 mins after arrival, with a promise that they would be back later that day. They never showed, and despite dozens of unreturned phone calls failed to start or complete this job; we dispensed with their services 2 weeks after this. I can only assume that this company does have SOME satisfied customers. My gut feeling is that they cannot manage their business whatsoever and have no idea how to turn down new business, or deal with a high work volume. They only needed to let us know where we stood, give us an estimate of work completion and we could have made a decision to stick with them or find an alternative company. New customers beware!!
