9/22/2015: I have been trying for 4 months to get my bridesmaid's dress deposit back. (The groom passed away). I followed instructions exactly as I was directed to receive my deposit back. In addition, I have sent: e-mails, Facebook messages, and countless voicemails. No one ever answers my calls and my voicemails have never been returned. I am now turning this matter over to the Attorney General's Office. Thank you for making a family's tragic situation even harder.

11/29/2015: The company has still ignored all of the contact efforts made by the SD Attorney General's Office. Voicemails will go unreturned and mail has been certified received with no response. Are they really that desperate for my $80? The next step is to contact the MN Attorney General's Office. I feel like if your business was important and the owner wanted to maintain integrity with customers, The Bridal Co. would care that state offices are having to be contacted to get my refund. As a business owner myself, I am absolutely disgusted.

Do NOT use this company!! We ordered my daughter's bridesmaids dresses, paying $30.00 extra per dress to have them in 'rush' order (8 weeks). It took 11 weeks to get them (blow #1) then was promised they were already shipped out to the girls out of state. This was promised to me while I was IN her store...had I known she was lying I would have taken them and shipped them myself! (blow #2) Then the dresses (which we asked to make sure they were) were NOT the keyhole back that we thought we ordered and each girl had to pay at least another $30.00 to have corrected (blow #3) I have repeatedly tried contacting the owner via her cellphone (which she never answers and always has a full mailbox) and Facebook since August and have yet to have her call me back. STAY AWAY! Brides do not need the headaches and stress she gives out.

The Bridal Co. screwed my wedding up completely. First, Marylynn (the owner and only worker) messed up ALL of my bridesmaids dresses, of which there are 19. My girls spent more altering their dresses than we paid for them. When confronted about it, Marylynn said it's not her problem and she's done with the dresses. Second, our guys, (19 of them too) were supposed to wear kilts. She got three different sets of measurements because she didn't do it right each time. She lied several times about getting the kilts. As much as I didn't want to go through her by the time the dresses came in, we were in it to get what we paid for! We had gone to her about 9 months before the wedding. At 3 months left, she decided she wasn't going to get us the kilts and gave us our money back. We were left with 3 months to find someone else to get us kilts. It was impossible with that many guys and so little time. Our guys ended up wearing tues. I recommend going anywhere else!
