Sharon has been my legal representative in a custody case for over seven years. She has given sound advice, advocated on my behalf and represented me well for the benefit of my family. I have recommended Sharon to everyone who asks me if I know a good lawyer. One of her best attributes is that she will give a good referral, even if the need is not the kind of law she practices.

Sharon was my attorney for several years in 2007-2010. There was an obvious judicial mistake in my case, which later was recognized by Benton County court itself and corrected by another judge. (i.e. my parenting plan did not had clear minimum parenting time amount for non-custodial parent as required by ORS 107.102). However, instead of going to the Court of Appeals, Sharon was trying to please the judge who made the mistake, and kept me away from complaining. She delayed my paperwork, did nothing for months, and then charged me for every email when I tried to remind her of the papers that she promised me to do long ago. Eventually this attorney cost me thousands of dollars for doing nothing, so I dropped her and successfully represented myself in the higher court. Looking back, I think that my case would be resolved better and faster if I represented myself from the beginner.
