Went to get blinds cut at this store, after waiting maybe 15 min to finally get "help" no one knew how to use the cutting machine, had a total of 6 people in and out trying to figure out how to get the blinds cut. Finally, we get one box cut but they can't get the 2nd box to match size of the other. The machine ends up breaking. The manager said they'll just have to order them online and ship to us for FREE! Gee,thanks!! (any order of this amount would ship for free). I explain to manager that comes out that we have been waiting for over an hour and a half now for these blinds to be cut and no one seems to know what they're doing. I have to ASK for a discount, and never once did we get any sort of apology from this manager. He didn't give one single care. I will not be shopping at this store anymore.
