I have been a customer of the salon for over 10 years now. I have nver ever had a bad experience there. I have become great friends with my stylist and I appreicate her professional input as well as her techniques. I have never known a salon that spends so much time going to hair shows and educating themselves so that they can offer their customers the very BEST!!! I constantly reccommend new clients and friends to the salon and they all have been very happy. You are in great hands with the Cutting Room and Annex Beauty.

I'm sorry to hear about the other comments, but this was not my experience at all. I walked in wanting a new style, but not really knowing what I wanted. The gal gave me great advice and I love my new summer cut. She did a great job! I really liked the salon too. They did a great job remodeling. Overall I would totally recommend them and pay $40 any day for a haircut from these guys.

I had the worst hair cut of my life at this salon. I have never cried over a hair over in my life until now. I should have left the chair when I heard her tell me that I had fine hair , which I do not; I have very thick curly hair. I showed her a picture of myself and my hair cut that I wanted to go back to from growing it out. She told me that it couldn't be done because it was not long enough in the front. I trusted her and let her cut away. After she was done drying my hair it looked nothing like I wanted and I told her I was unhappy with the back. She said she could try and take her thinning sheers to it but it was that fluffy because she used a clarifying shampoo. I was still unhappy but it was apparent that she was through with my hair cut even if I was or not. I went to my car looked at my hair and cried at the travesty that was now on my head. I would not recommend this. I had to pay for yet another hair cut at a different salon to get it fixed. Thanks for a $80 hair cut!

I gave a score of one star because zero wasn't an option! Any attempt to support local businesses by using this place will bite you back. It seems their policy is to take the word of the stylist over the customer, so if she didn't listen to what you wanted and gives you the wrong cut. you are out $40...for a haircut you could have done yourself (with your eyes closed.... and dull scissors). It is unfortunate especially in this economy. I am off to find a chain salon with a better refund policy!
