I was a patient of Dr. Valentis's long ago in a galaxy far far away. I have to say, in his field success is best measured a number of years later. All I can say is I came from a troubled childhood, with love but much serious family and thus personal dysfunction, and I came to his office as a 19 year old. My musical background and I guess my general open-mindedness combined with what I now can confirm was his amazing ability to be a great psychotherapist, resulted in my being able to confront my feelings, some quite self-destructive and scary, kinda chart them back to happenings in my childhood--- sometimes less-than pleasant to re-visit, and allow myself to discover how in discussing and facing these early-life happenings (over the necessary couple years time in therapy) I could become more calm, self-loving, and confident. NOT in an artificial or arrogant way! In this discovery of a new inner world, I've been able to find much love and far greater happiness in life.

Miracle worker! Can't explain in words what he has done for me and my family.
