NOT GOOD. VERY SURPRISED AT THE POOR QUALITY, INEFFICIENCY FOR SUCH HIGH COST. The job that was contracted was to replace the screens and lay down new outdoor carpet. The representative obviously missed? That the exterior wood on one side of the porch that frames each screen section was rotted and spongy. The workers just put the rotten wood back up instead of replacing the wood. The rug was laid by another crew who not given quarter round wood to replace the rotten wood and were told that we would provide the wood needed for the threshold doorways. Patio enclosures/ Great Day Improvements did send a manager who tried to make us pay for ANOTHER half day rate of $400 for their mistakes, oversights and bad quality work. The worker sent to replace the rotten wood and lay down the quarter round and wood at the thresholds for the carpet was sent with the wrong size wood and an insufficient amount. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. PLUS THE SOME OF THE SCREENS ARE LOOSE.
