CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

Sales people were great..had some problems with the truck brought it in to get fixed. A day later same problems brought it in again let them know that we are part of the "business link program" which apparently means nothing and that we need the truck to plow parking lots in two days as there was a snow storm coming. The said no problem have it ready. Well they didn't fix it and we had to take truck back and use it still broken. After snowstorm passed we again brought the truck back. They put in new part..which apperently was broken too they called to let us know what was going on they said "we are overnighting the part it will be here when we open and mechanic will put it in your truck will be in garage until it is fixed" . Well I drive by that night and there was the truck sitting outside behind the garage. Thought OK not big deal the have other vehicles that need to get in he said the would fix it as soon as the open good thing because more snow is coming the next afternoon. The next afternoon we wait to hear from them around 12 we haven't heard anything and its snowing good.so we call and not to my surprise truck is not fixed... they haven't even started to fix it yet!!!



They say the don't have enough machanics but for being such a big volume dealership I would think the have plenty unless the sell that many crap vehicles!! I will bring my truck elsewhere and I suggest everyone else does the same unless you have time to waste!
