Do not drop off anything at this place because it will not be washed. On April 3, 2014 around four o'clock I dropped off my king size comforter to be wash and dried. I got back from my class around 7:10 that evening went in picked up my comforter and I promise you it was just as how I brought it in. Than I'm told "if you didn't say use bleach, than we don't use bleach." First of all this was my first time at this place I don't know ya'll policy, secondly ya'll took my $18.00 and did not try to fix the issue. She knew that my comforter wasn't clean, third what kind of detergent did they use (NONE). I brought my comforter home and put it in my standard washer and washed it with some Gain and Clorox and my comforter is clean and smells clean. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO WASH YOUR OWN THINGS. I GOT RIPPED OFF; I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $18.00. I WISH I KNEW THE OWNER'S NAME, SO THAT I COULD AT LEAST REPORT THIS.
