This has become my first stop with any lighting questions. Wonderfully knowledgeable staff that actually take the time to talk with you, answer your questions, and steer you to the right solution. I was looking for some lamp parts and was very glad I walked in the door. They also have a very extensive inventory of beautiful new lamps and shades. Call them first.

Great lighting store for both new lamps and repairs. I purchased several Hubbardton Forge lamps and recently purchased some Kichler outdoor lighting. They've worked out fabulously! Excellent customer service. I've been going here for over 12 years and will continue to do so.

If something turns out to be not quite right it will be corrected, with a smile, not scowl, promptly. The friendliness of the service makes this place feel more like a home and not just a store.
