I have gotten my extensions done here several times. I love the techniques they use. I usually get sew ins but I also have gotten the microshrinkies and have been happy with both! Would come back again!!

It's hard for me to even privilege this salon with one star. I had two appointments in the last week to get extensions put in. I traveled an hour and a half to get to the salon, to have it closed at my appointment time and the hair dresser never answered my calls. Later that evening, when I actually heard from her, and was given a number of excuses why she stood me up, I foolishly gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a second appointment for the next day. Once again the salon was closed and this time she never answered or returned any of my calls. I can understand if there was an emergency, but knowing I was traveling so far for these appointments a simple phone call would have been appreciated! I commuted a total of 6 hours to try and get my hair done from this salon to be stood up twice. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. I find it hard to believe the salon is still in business.

Horrible customer service, bad hair cut, came home with big razor scrapes on neck.
