I was extremely pleased with the repair job done and especially pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff, in particular Jose Arce. He made sure all the lights were working properly and even replaced two of them wthout my asking. I recommend them highly.

I found Alameda Collision services, to be top notch. Arthur’s competent capabilities and his knowledge of auto insurance were very positive. I was not content with what my insurance said was necessary, so at the advice of 2 business associates I visited him. I noticed his shop was spotless, and a great sense of harmony among all the staff and workers. Even his bathroom was similar to a five star restaurant. (I was impressed.) He called where I had my truck and calmly and matter of fact said he would be picking it up the next day. He did and his company repaired it perfectly.

A year later I had another issue, he corrected it at no cost and in less than an hour.

My son had his car recently wrecked, it was simply parked, again the same situation. My sons insurance said they would fix it at a shop we were both skeptical, we made a ten minute stop and Arthur called my sons insurance and simply said he was picking it up in the morning.
