The food is good and they deliver on key items like fried rice, szechuan chicken, won ton soup, and mongolian beef. The view is pretty. Service is good. Everything checks out but nothing amazing.

Harbor View Restaurant, first of all, has choices that you don't see in all Chinese restaurants. FIRST AND FOREMOST, THEY DO NOT SERVE SHARK FIN SOUP! It is a cruelty, serving this, and they do NOT serve it! GOOD!

The shrimp and candied walnuts is outstanding...a lovely sauce on the shrimp...just the best. The Hot and Sour Soup is the best I've had. The Salt and Pepper Fish is fantastic....light and tasty (ask for something to use as a dip for them)

The service and lovely water-site, is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, and the only place that I can even compare them with, is PF Chang, which is just a chain. Go there and enjoy the wonderful food. I won't eat Chinese anywhere on this island.
